MAEB Engineering Limited is a sister company to BAAM Resources Energy Limited and they both deal in the upstream and downstream sectors of the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry. Within this short period of the Company’s existence, we have succeeded in establishing a positive reputation in executing projects for clients operating both onshore and offshore in the Nigeria Oil and Gas Industry.

- Our leadership currently provides cutting edge project management and technical advisory expertise for offshore oil and gas development projects at Aradel Holdings Plc, leading topsides fabrication, construction, commissioning, and HSE management to ensure successful project delivery.
- Our Chairman was appointed by His Excellency, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, as an independent Board Member representing South West Geo- Political Zone on the Board of Midstream and Downstream Gas Infrastructure Fund (MDGIF), to manage and oversee the disbursement of sovereign wealth gas infrastructure funds.
- Provided technical and commercial advisory services to the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) in support of strategic investments aimed at advancing local content development and industrial capacity in Nigeria's oil and gas sector. Key engagements include:
- Abia Industrial Innovation Park (AIIP): Conducted comprehensive technical, commercial, and investment due diligence on the proposed industrial park, assessing project viability, funding structure, risk profile, and alignment with NCDMB's local content objectives, while providing recommendations on equity participation and investment terms.
- Eldov Specialty Chemicals Project: Delivered technical and commercial due diligence for NCDMB's proposed investment in a specialty chemicals manufacturing and environmental remediation facility, evaluating project feasibility, market potential, valuation, and investment structure, and recommending an optimized equity position to enhance investment value and manage risk.
- OIDA Energy Modular Manufacturing Facility: Provided technical and commercial advisory services for the development of a shaped-charge manufacturing facility, assessing technical feasibility, financial viability, financing structure, and project risks, while recommending commercially appropriate investment terms to support indigenous manufacturing and strengthen local content in the oil and gas industry.
- Carried out drilling, technical and project management services in the development of Atala & Eremor fields on OML 46.
- Provided technical advisory services to Goland Petroleum Development Company on Oriri field.
- We provided upstream consulting and technical advisory services to Amazon Energy.
- We facilitated the creation of Neconde Consortium that successfully completed the divestment of multimillion dollar Shell equity interest on OML 42.
- Prequalified and successfully bidded for three marginal fields in the 2020 bid rounds.
- We played a key role in the conceptual and actualization of the maiden 1st phase 270MW Lagos State/AES Emergency Barge Power Project.
Strategic Partnerships and Collaborations
MAEB Engineering Services Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ABL Group to deepen strategic collaboration and enhance technical expertise across marine, offshore, and energy projects.
